Black Coral

Black Coral lies off Lima Island in the Redang marine park, part of a group of granite islets fringed by reef off the coast of Terengganu in Malaysian waters of the South China Sea. Reached by boat from Redang's resorts, the site sits over a reef bottom to a maximum depth of around 26 metres and is rated an intermediate dive, with visibility generally good. Divers have reported strong currents here, along with sightings of manta rays, nudibranchs, octopus, and pipefish.
