About this site
The Blue Lagoon lies off Comino, the small island between Malta and Gozo, in a sheltered bay known for its shallow, pale turquoise water over sand. It is a popular snorkel and swim spot for visitors crossing by boat from Malta or Gozo. Diving in the surrounding area reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated intermediate, though most serious diving around Comino is done at nearby sites rather than in the lagoon itself.
