Bushy Outside lies off Kandihera in Seenu Atoll, the southernmost atoll of the Maldives, near the outer edge of the atoll rim where it meets open ocean. Sites along this outer boundary are typically reached by dhoni from operators based around Addu Atoll's inhabited islands.
