About this site
Cinnamon Bay lies on the north shore of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, within the boundaries of Virgin Islands National Park. The bay is fronted by a long sandy beach backed by the park's campground and hiking trails, and it faces the Caribbean Sea across from Pillsbury Sound. The reef here is a beginner dive reaching a maximum depth of around 9.1 metres, making it an easy, shallow site for those staying near the park. Divers have also reported snapper around the reef.
