About this site
Da–Xiao Lajia (大小辣甲) are two facing islands in Daya Bay, Huizhou, whose steep rock drops straight to the bottom at 18 m; at low tide the reef tops show above the surface. Red, white and pink soft corals grow down the faces to form a coral wall with reef fish along it, and schools of amberjack pass by with groupers by the boulders. Visibility is 5–10 m and current can pick up, so it is an Advanced site.
