About this site
Eastern Blue Cut lies off Bermuda's outer reef line, at the edge of the barrier reef system north of the main island. It is a natural cut through the reef where deeper offshore water meets the shallower platform, a formation common to Bermuda's reef edges. Boats reaching it typically depart from harbors on the main island and cross the surrounding reef flats to get there.
