About this site
This dive site off Almuñécar features rocky reefs and sandy patches teeming with Mediterranean marine life. Expect encounters with octopus, moray eels, and colorful nudibranchs. The gentle slope makes it ideal for beginners, while deeper sections offer interesting rock formations. Visibility often exceeds 15 meters, with mild currents. The site's proximity to shore allows easy access, and water temperatures range from 14°C in winter to 24°C in summer. Keep an eye out for occasional passing barracuda.
