About this site
Esquimalt Lagoon lies along the coast near Colwood, on southern Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada, close to the entrance of Esquimalt Harbour. The lagoon is separated from the Strait of Juan de Fuca by a narrow sand and gravel spit known as Coburg Peninsula.
