About this site
Golden Rock lies off the coast of Bali, at a reef site reaching a maximum depth of around 30 metres and generally treated as an intermediate dive. Sea turtles are a regular sighting here, and divers have also reported reef sharks, barracuda, trevally, nudibranchs, and triggerfish over the reef bottom. Triggerfish can turn territorial during their mating season, so it is worth keeping some distance from them at that time.
