About this site
This wreck dive off Durban sits at 30 meters, perfect for advanced divers. The Hawthorn 2, a sunken tugboat, is encrusted with colorful soft corals and sponges. Schools of gamefish circle the structure while moray eels peek from the wreckage. Strong currents bring pelagics like ragged-tooth sharks. Visibility varies but often exceeds 15 meters.
