About this site
Just off Dublin's coast, this small island offers dramatic underwater cliffs and rocky reefs teeming with marine life. Visibility varies but often reaches 10 meters. Expect colorful anemones, curious seals, and schools of wrasse darting through kelp forests. The shallow areas near the shore are ideal for beginners, while deeper sections challenge experienced divers with strong currents. The submerged rock formations create swim-throughs and overhangs to explore. Cold water diving year-round, best in summer when conditions are calmer. A quick boat ride from the city, yet feels worlds away.
