About this site
Jardines lies along Mexico's Riviera Maya coast near Puerto Morelos, in the stretch of Caribbean reef offshore from the Yucatan peninsula. It reaches a maximum depth of about 6.1 metres over a reef bottom, making it a shallow, beginner-friendly dive. Divers have reported angelfish here, and bull sharks have also been spotted at the site.
