Kiwi Reef lies along the Red Sea coastline near Aqaba, on Jordan's short stretch of coast at the northern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba. This area sits close to the borders with Israel and Saudi Arabia, and its dive sites are typically reached from Aqaba town by boat or shore entry. The site has a reef bottom and reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres, though it is rated a beginner dive overall. Divers have reported damselfish, fusiliers, lionfish, octopus, seahorses, and triggerfish here.
