About this site
Koh Chi lies within the Koh Surin island group off the coast of Phang Nga province in southern Thailand, close to the Thailand-Myanmar maritime border in the Andaman Sea. The Surin Islands form a national park known for their granite outcrops and fringing reefs, reached by boat from the mainland piers of Phang Nga or Ranong. The site is a wall dive reaching a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have also reported clownfish, leopard sharks, and reef sharks along the wall.
