About this site
Koh Yak Yai lies off Trat province in eastern Thailand, near Koh Rang in the Koh Chang archipelago on the Gulf of Thailand side of the country. The islands in this group are typically accessed by boat from Koh Chang or Koh Mak. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 8.5 metres and is rated a beginner dive, making it a shallow, easy site within the archipelago.
