La Flor is a dive site on Nicaragua's Pacific coast, in a country better known for the sea turtle nesting beach that shares its name in the south of the country near San Juan del Sur. The site itself is shallow, with a maximum depth of around 8 metres, and is rated as suitable for beginners.
