La Huerta lies along the Costa Tropical near Almunecar, a coastal town in Granada province on the Andalusian Mediterranean coast of southern Spain. Diving here typically departs from small boats operating out of Almunecar's harbor, working the rocky shoreline and wall that characterize this part of the Granada coast.
