About this site
Ledges lies along the coastline off Durban, on South Africa's KwaZulu-Natal coast facing the Indian Ocean, and is served by dive operators running boats out of the local harbour. It is a reef dive reaching a maximum depth of around 27 metres, rated advanced. Divers have also reported manta rays and nudibranchs on the reef here.
