About this site
Manana Island, also known as Rabbit Island, and the smaller Kaohikaipu Island sit just offshore of Makapuu Point on the southeast coast of Oahu. Both are state seabird sanctuaries in the waters off Waimanalo, within view of the Makapuu lighthouse and coastline.
