Manta Bowl is a pinnacle dive site off Albay in the Bicol region of the Philippines, in the waters near Ticao and Donsol on Luzon's southeast coast. It reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Its name reflects the manta rays for which this stretch of water is regionally known, drawn by the current-swept pinnacle and the nutrient-rich water it sits in.
