About this site
Nagasa (ナガサー) is a bright beach site on Notojima on the Noto Peninsula, Ishikawa, with a broad white-sand shore and scattered cobbles on a white sand bottom, used mainly for training and introductory dives rather than fun diving. Set back from the main road, it has the feel of a private beach. Suitable from beginner/novice level. Rays rest on the sand, nudibranchs, gobies, wrasse and red sea bream gather around the cobbles, and butterflyfish have been seen in August.
