About this site
Nankiville lies off Kaskazini-Unguja, the northern region of Unguja island in the Zanzibar archipelago, part of Tanzania's Indian Ocean coast. It's a reef dive with a maximum depth of around 15 metres, rated suitable for beginners. Snapper are a regular sight over the reef, and divers have also reported barracuda, grouper, sweetlips, lobster, and Napoleon wrasse here, along with smaller reef life such as nudibranchs, scorpionfish, leaf scorpionfish, crocodilefish, and glassfish.
