About this site
Oki Sakune (オキ作根) is the signature site on the east side of Kozushima in the Izu Islands, Tokyo. The north face of the reef drops away steeply and divers wait on top for pelagics; intermediate and above, with current. Schools of takabe and chicken grunt are plentiful, and the complex terrain rewards looking into crevices for Japanese bullhead sharks and marbled rays.
