Punta Dalila lies along the western shore of Cozumel, an island off the Yucatan Peninsula in Quintana Roo, Mexico, facing the Cozumel Channel between the island and the mainland. This stretch of coast is part of the reef system that runs along Cozumel's leeward side, typically accessed by boat from the nearby town of San Miguel de Cozumel. The site sits over a reef bottom with a maximum depth of about 16.8 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported eagle rays, lobster, nurse sharks, sea turtles, and stingrays along the reef here.
