About this site
This dive site off Saba Island features a sloping reef with vibrant coral formations and dramatic pinnacles. Schools of tropical fish dart among the structures, while southern stingrays glide gracefully over the sandy patches. The site gets its name from scattered anchors embedded in the seabed, remnants of historic ship traffic. Strong currents attract pelagic visitors like turtles and occasional reef sharks. Visibility often exceeds 30 meters, with depths ranging from 12 to 30 meters. The mix of marine life and intriguing man-made elements makes it a memorable dive.
