About this site
Roca Redonda is a remote volcanic islet off the northwest coast of Isabela Island in the Galapagos archipelago, one of the more isolated sites in the island chain and reachable mainly by liveaboard. The site sits at the edge of the Galapagos platform where cooler upwelling currents meet the surrounding open ocean.
