About this site

Sandy Paradise sits within the Rock Islands area of Palau, in the western Pacific south of Koror, an area of limestone islets and shallow reef flats typical of that stretch of Micronesia, with dive operators running out of Koror to sites across the surrounding waters. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 22 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers here have reported barracuda, bumphead parrotfish, clownfish, garden eels, grouper, jacks and amberjacks, manta rays, parrotfish, reef sharks, trevally, and even whale sharks, though not all of these are seen on every dive.
