About this site

Sardines lies along the coast of Cebu in the Philippines, on a sloping reef reached by short boat trips from nearby shore towns. It is a beginner dive to a maximum depth of around 19.5 metres. Thresher sharks and tuna are regularly encountered here, and divers have also reported frogfish, lionfish, nudibranchs, pipefish, sea turtles, and even whale sharks passing through.
