About this site
Scoglio Marcellino is a rocky outcrop off the coast of Capri Island, in the Metropolitan City of Naples within Italy's Campania region. Capri's shoreline is marked by numerous such scogli, small rock formations rising near the island's cliffs, and dive sites here are typically reached by boat from the harbors of Marina Grande or Marina Piccola. Divers here have reported fried egg jellies, mauve stingers, Mediterranean damselfish, podded hydroids, and yellow gorgonians along the rock.
