Seal Rock

Seal Rock lies along the north coast of Timor-Leste near Dili, on the Wetar Strait side of the island, and is typically reached by a short boat trip from town. The reef bottom here reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres and is rated a beginner dive, though the current runs strong and is the main hazard divers need to manage, with a reef hook sometimes useful for holding position. Fusiliers are common on the reef, and divers have also reported barracuda, mackerel, octopus, snapper, trevally, and tuna passing through.
