About this site
Sulug Reef sits off Sulug Island, one of the smaller islands within Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park near Kota Kinabalu on the northwest coast of Sabah, Borneo. The island and its surrounding reef are reached by short boat transfers from the Kota Kinabalu waterfront, alongside the park's other islands such as Manukan and Sapi. The reef here reaches a maximum depth of around 18 metres and is rated a beginner dive.
