About this site
Tilemachos' Cave lies along the limestone coastline of Kefalonia, the largest of the Ionian Islands off Greece's west coast, an area shaped by karst geology into caves, inlets, and steep drop-offs into the sea. The site takes its name from the cave formation it is built around, typical of the submerged and partially submerged rock features found along this shoreline. It is rated as a beginner dive.
