Turtle Rock

Turtle Rock lies in the Puerto Galera dive area on the northern coast of Mindoro, within the Verde Island Passage, a stretch of Luzon waters known for a wide range of dive sites clustered around Sabang and Small La Laguna. The area is reached by boat from the small resort beaches along that coastline. The site sits over a reef bottom and reaches a maximum depth of around 40 metres, rated as an advanced dive. Nudibranchs are a regular find here, and divers have also reported angelfish, sweetlips, and even thresher sharks on the reef.
