These coordinates sit off the central Queensland coast near the Capricorn Bunker Group at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef, in the vicinity of Gladstone and the Keppel and Bunker island chains. This part of the reef system is made up of scattered coral cays and bommie formations reached by boat from the mainland.
