About this site
Waimea Walls sits off Oahu's North Shore near Waimea Bay, an area more associated with surf breaks than dive tourism. Conditions here are seasonal, since the North Shore is exposed to open Pacific swell and tends to be calmer in summer months. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres over a rocky bottom and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have also reported octopus among the rock formations.
