Three Tables Cathedral

Three Tables sits on Oahu's North Shore, near Shark's Cove in Pupukea, a stretch of coastline known for its lava rock formations and seasonal surf. The site takes its name from a set of flat reef tables that break the surface close to shore, with the Cathedral referring to a cavern or swim-through feature in the underlying rock. It is a beginner dive with a maximum depth of around 9.1 metres, making the Cathedral section approachable for divers without much experience. Like much of this coast, conditions swing sharply with the season, calm and diveable in summer, often too rough for water entry when north swells hit in winter. It is generally reached directly from shore rather than by boat.
