Wall 3 sits off Puerto Plata on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean Sea along Hispaniola's north shore, a stretch typically reached by boat from the coastal towns nearby. As its name suggests, the site follows a drop-off structure rather than a flat reef, reaching a maximum depth of around 33 metres.
