About this site
This WWII Japanese freighter rests upright in 20-30 meters, encrusted with vibrant soft corals and sponges. Schools of batfish and barracuda patrol the wreck while lionfish hide in the shadows. The intact hull offers easy penetration for advanced divers, with occasional reef sharks circling above. Strong currents bring pelagics, making it ideal for drift diving. Located near Vangunu, visibility often exceeds 30 meters in these nutrient-rich waters.
