About this site
The Agincourt Ribbon Reefs sit at the outer edge of the Great Barrier Reef off Port Douglas in Far North Queensland, part of the chain of narrow reefs marking the continental shelf drop-off. This stretch of reef is typically reached by liveaboard or day boat from Port Douglas or Cairns, given its distance offshore. Diving here tops out around 15 metres and is considered suitable for beginners. Divers have reported clownfish among the coral and the occasional Napoleon wrasse cruising the reef.
