About this site

Anoi Hitam sits off Weh Island, near Banda Aceh at the northern tip of Sumatra, in a stretch of water where the Andaman Sea meets the Indian Ocean. Weh Island's dive sites are typically reached by boat from the town of Sabang. This reef reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. Divers have reported garden eels and nudibranchs along the reef here.
