Artificial Reef

This artificial reef near Perhentian Besar is a thriving marine habitat. Sunken structures attract schools of batfish, barracuda, and vibrant coral growth. Depths range from 12 to 18 meters, suitable for most divers. Visibility often exceeds 20 meters in calm conditions. The site offers sheltered diving with minimal current, ideal for photography. Expect encounters with turtles and occasional reef sharks. The structures create interesting swim-throughs and overhangs. Best visited between March and October for optimal conditions.
