About this site

Batu Tiga sits within the Komodo National Park area, off West Manggarai Regency in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. The site takes its name from a cluster of rocky outcrops in the waters between the park's islands, reached by boat from operators based around Labuan Bajo. It is a wall dive rated advanced, reaching a maximum depth of 35 metres, with nudibranchs a steady presence along the wall. Divers have also reported barracuda, trevally, and manta rays passing through, along with macro finds such as frogfish, ornate ghost pipefish, pipefish, rhinopias, and seahorses tucked into the reef.
