About this site

Police Point sits within Komodo National Park in West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara, along the waters near Komodo Island. Dive operators based in Labuan Bajo run trips out to this stretch of the park, part of the broader network of sites scattered through the straits between Komodo, Rinca, and the surrounding smaller islands. The site is a reef dive reaching around 35 metres, rated advanced with medium current. Nudibranchs are a regular find here, and divers have also reported bumphead parrotfish, fusiliers, grouper, scorpionfish, and trevally along the reef. Some divers have noted deep sections, overhead terrain, and stronger currents as added considerations at this site.
