About this site
Brindle Bass sits among the dive sites off Bazaruto Island, part of the Bazaruto Archipelago off Inhambane Province in southern Mozambique, reached by boat from operators in Vilanculos or on the island itself. The site takes its name from the giant grouper known locally as brindlebass, and divers here have also reported bull sharks passing through the surrounding reef and channel systems.
