About this site
Car Wrecks lies along the Dauin coastline on the southeast side of Negros Oriental, part of the muck diving stretch of black sand shoreline facing the Bohol Sea toward Apo Island. This section of Dauin is reached by short banca rides from resorts along the coast road. Divers here have reported an array of macro subjects typical of this shoreline, including Anna's Chromodoris, broadclub cuttlefish, dusky and lined nembrotha, Miller's nembrotha, Indian caloria, ocellaris anemonefish, and both ornate and robust ghostpipefish, along with painted frogfish tucked into the sand and rubble.
