Bonets Corner

Bonets Corner sits along the coastline of Dauin, on the southeast coast of Negros Oriental in the Visayas region of the Philippines. This stretch of shore facing the Bohol Sea is known for its black sand muck diving sites, typically accessed by small boat from resorts along the Dauin coast. The site is a beginner dive to around 12 metres over a sand bottom, though currents here run strong and divers have described them as unpredictable. Frogfish, mimic octopus, octopus, and pipefish are common finds, and divers have also reported barracuda, cuttlefish, ghost pipefish, hairy frogfish, mantis shrimp, seahorses, snapper, blue-ringed octopus, and even humphead wrasse in the area.
