Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a dive site in the Nelson Bay area of Port Stephens on the New South Wales coast of Australia, a region known for its rocky headlands and offshore reefs accessed by boat from the local marina. Port Stephens sits roughly 200 kilometres north of Sydney and is a common base for day charters heading out to sites around the bay and nearby islands. Divers here have reported an array of small reef life including nudibranchs such as Clown Doris, Pancake Aphelodoris, and Splendid Goniobranch, along with Eastern Red Scorpionfish, Bigeye Snapper, and Common Stingaree. White's Seahorse and the Australian Blue Dragon have also been spotted at the site, and Indo-Pacific Bottlenose Dolphins have been seen in the surrounding waters.
