About this site
Chapel Point sits off Cabilao Island, a small island in the Cebu Strait off the northwest coast of Bohol in the Visayas region of the Philippines. The site takes its name from a small chapel on the point of the island above the dive area, and it follows the steep drop-off typical of Cabilao's shoreline, running as a wall to a maximum depth of around 25 metres. It is rated a technical dive. Frogfish are a regular find here, and divers have also reported bumphead parrotfish, leaf scorpionfish, and nudibranchs along the wall.
