Harbour Reef, also known as Tugboat Reef, lies along the coastal waters near Oranjestad on Aruba's leeward southwest side, an area known for calm, sheltered conditions compared to the island's windward coast. Dive operators typically run boat trips out of Oranjestad harbor to reach this stretch of coastline. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 30 metres and is rated a beginner dive. Divers have reported barracuda, eagle rays, and parrotfish here.
