Hat Island

Wolf Island sits in the far north of the Galapagos archipelago, isolated from the central islands and reachable only by liveaboard dive vessels on multi-day itineraries. Hat Island refers to a dive site along its coast, in waters known across the Wolf and Darwin area for pelagic activity in the open Pacific. The site reaches a maximum depth of around 20 metres and is rated an intermediate dive. The surrounding seas here are volcanic in origin and subject to the mixing of several ocean currents that define this part of the Galapagos.
